We have a strict “nut-free environment” policy. We do not serve foods that contain nuts of any kind nor do we permit food from home that contains nuts of any kind. Many of our students’ families experience busy schedules with the hustle and bustle of city life. In response to this, our school has developed multiple ways to communicate with parents to ensure that they are always kept in the loop! Our families are connected to the classroom directly through Procare and Seesaw, digital applications used to manage individualized child portfolios. Parents can see their child’s progress throughout the year through photos and videos. Additionally, the school emails a weekly digest and monthly newsletters to parents with pertinent information and school events. Waldo also maintains a public Facebook and Instagram page that posts important reminders.

We keep our students health and safety at the forefront of everything we do. For this reason, we do employ a school nurse.

Waiting Lists run for the entire Academic Year. Should an opening arise, the school will immediately call the first person on the Waiting List. Lists are created on a first come, first served basis. Waiting lists conclude in June. A separate list is created for our summer camp program once all spaces have been filled.
